I am writing this letter of commendation to recognize your outstanding service over the past 5 years.
I rarely have occasion to write commendations of this sort.
However, your work - and your collaboration with me - have been noteworthy.
You helped to make my antenna probe and test radio projects successful, both technically and financially.
These projects frequently required specialized microwave PCB material to meet the technical requirements.
The test radio circuit boards had substantial complexity with fine-line geometries, multiple layers, and blind & buried via techniques.
I appreciated your willingness to accommodate my requirements, even when the materials or process techniques required special handling.
Few, if any, of your competitors were willing to do the specialty work that was needed. Concluding, I greatly valued the work you did for me.

It is not often that I feel obligated to write a letter of comendation to a
supplier for their outstanding service - for your help in making
The INDUCTOR®
FlamelessTM Heat System
a commercial success.
As you know, it had been a scant year and a half since we came to your facillity,
seeking a quote on a hundred PCB's for our product.
Little did we realize that there were numerous artwork revisions which would be required
in order for our board to be manufacturable on a modern electronics assembly line.
Instead of merely furnishing a quote (as the other would-be suppliers had done),
your consulting engineer Bill sat down with us, reviewed our board design,
and made the changes needed, conserving both time - and at that time -
comparatively scarce resources devoted to launching the product.
Time has moved on and the product's sales have steadily grown. Our quarterly
need for 100 PCB's has increased to 200/month, and you have been there with
us every step of the way, including making the last-minute artwork changes we
needed due to ever-changing parts availability issues.
As stated at the outset of this letter, we have occasion to write very few of this kind,
but then again there are very few companies that offer the level of service - and indeed caring -
that I and my company have come to enjoy in our dealings with you.
Needless to say, I have reccomended you to many associates and customers, as I
know they will be as satisfied as we are.
